In connection with the threat of the spread in Moscow of a new coronavirus infection 2019-nCoV, in accordance with subparagraph “b” of paragraph 6 of Article 4.1 of Federal Law dated December 21, 1994 No. 68-FZ “On the Protection of the Population and Territories from Natural and of technogenic nature ”, the need for preventive measures against the spread of the 2019-nCoV virus, as well as the inability to comply with paragraph 5 of Resolution No. 1 of the Chief Physician of Moscow dated March 12, 2020 in the premises rented for the conference, the Organizing Committee The conference “Northeast: Territory of Development 2020” is forced to decide on the postponement of the conference, originally planned for March 25-26, to November this year.
The exact dates of the event and its program will be published on the conference website, as well as sent to all interested parties.
Sponsorship and registration fees will be returned to all previously registered participants.
